• 4.3 Order Modification and Cancellation Once an order is confirmed, it generally cannot be modified. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of order confirmation. If the order has already entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy in Section 7 of these Terms.

5. Price and Payment

• 5.1 Pricing All prices on this Website are stated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless specified otherwise. Prices do not include shipping, packaging, insurance, or any applicable taxes, which will be displayed separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect already confirmed orders.

6. Delivery Terms

• 6.1 Delivery Scope The delivery areas of this Website are subject to the regions listed on the checkout page. We primarily provide local delivery within Hong Kong; international shipping may be available for certain items (depending on the product and destination). Remote areas or outlying islands may incur additional charges.

• 6.2 Delivery Time Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Under normal circumstances, local Hong Kong orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days after payment confirmation (excluding public holidays). Actual delivery times may be affected by inventory status, logistics conditions, weather, and other uncontrollable factors. We assume no liability for any losses resulting from delivery delays.

• 6.3 Transfer of Risk The risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery to you or your designated recipient. If the Goods cannot be delivered or are lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, the responsibility shall be borne solely by you.

• 6.4 Inspection of Goods Please inspect the packaging and condition of the Goods immediately upon receipt. If obvious damage to the outer packaging is found, please take photo records immediately, note it on the delivery receipt, and contact our customer service team within 48 hours. Failure to raise any objection within the timeframe shall deem the Goods received in good condition.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

• 7.1 Conditions for Return Unless otherwise provided by law, you may apply for a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the Goods, provided that all of the following conditions are simultaneously met:

  • The Goods are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and retain their original packaging and all tags/labels.

  • The original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is provided.

  • The Goods do not belong to the "Non-Returnable Items" category (see Section 7.4).

  • You have contacted customer service in advance to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 7.2 Defective Goods If you receive Goods that are defective or do not match your order, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt and provide photo or video proof of the defect. Upon verification, you may opt for an exchange or a full refund (including original shipping costs). Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.

• 7.3 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned Goods. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The Buyer shall bear the return shipping costs for non-defective items, and a handling or restocking fee (up to 15% of the product's purchase price) may be deducted. The actual time for the refund to reflect depends on your bank or payment institution.

• 7.4 Non-Returnable Items The following items are excluded from the return policy:

  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., underwear, face masks, cosmetic samples, etc.).

  • Food, beverages, and perishable items.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Unsealed products originally under protective seals (e.g., software, DVDs, etc.).

• Each coupon has a specific expiry date, eligibility requirements, and minimum spending threshold.
